Date With More Clarity

A 3-Session Group Coaching Experience for Women

Dating can feel exhausting when you’re constantly overthinking, questioning yourself, or finding yourself drawn to emotionally unavailable people.

This small-group coaching experience will help you slow down, recognize the patterns shaping your dating life, and make more confident decisions from a place of self-trust.

First Cycle Starts September 16th

Over three sessions, we will cover:

Session 1: Understand Your Dating Patterns
Identify potential blocking beliefs and relationship patterns that may be influencing who you choose and what you tolerate.

Session 2: Recognize Healthy—and Unhealthy—Dynamics
Learn how to identify red flags, green flags, emotional availability, consistency, and genuine relationship potential.

Session 3: Date With Confidence and Intention
Clarify your needs, strengthen your boundaries, communicate more confidently, and create a dating approach that feels authentic to you.

This Group Is for You If:

  • You keep attracting emotionally unavailable or inconsistent partners

  • You overthink texts, dating apps, and mixed signals

  • You struggle to trust yourself when dating

  • You ignore red flags or become attached too quickly

  • You’re ready to stop repeating the same painful patterns

  • You want to build a healthy, secure relationship

  • You want more community and connection with others who understand

Dating really doesn’t have to be this hard…

Why I do this work

For years, I dated like a complete maniac. I dated hard and from a place of desperation (not intention). I found myself attracted to emotionally unavailable and immature men. I chased, I spiraled, I obsessed, I cried. I was consumed and constantly found myself in dynamics that left me anxious and questioning my worth.

I know what it’s like to desire connection while continuing to choose people that are harmful and reinforce your biggest insecurities.

That’s why I am passionate about this work. I take a holistic approach to coaching with the goal of helping women understand the deeper attachment patterns, trauma responses, and emotional wounds that continue to keep them stuck — so they can stop repeating painful cycles and find healthy and fulfilling relationships.
